• Before you can purchase a countertop, an independent, local contractor affiliated with The Home Service Store, Inc. must provide you with a written estimate for materials and professional installation.
• A convenient appointment date and time will be confirmed within 24 hours or receiving your request

STEP 2 – Product samples and professional measurements.

• Your local contractor, who is a countertop expert, will be able to discuss any design ideas or recommendations specific to your project.
• During your appointment, your contractor will share product samples and will take detailed measurements.
• The contractor will provide you with a written estimate for the countertop and professional installation.

STEP 3 – Accept estimate and place your countertop order.

• Once you are ready to order your countertop, contact your local contractor. They will provide verbal and written confirmation of your final project selections.
• You will enter into an installation contract with the local contractor. This contractor will fabricate and install your new countertop. Each contractor is properly licensed and insured.
• You have three business days following the date you submitted your order to cancel it. Work with not commence on your new countertop until your right to cancel expires.
• You will pay your contractor the material and labor cost associated with your project.

STEP 4 – Arrange to have your countertops templated.

• Before the local contractor can begin manufacturing your custom countertops, the contractor will need to visit your home and make a physical template of your countertops.
• You will be contacted within 48 hours after submitting your order to arrange a time that the contractor can visit your home and make a template of your countertop.

STEP 5 – Professional installation of your new countertops.

• During or shortly after the template process, your contractor will contact you to set a date to install your countertops.
• In most cases, your countertops can be installed within 3-4 weeks after your countertops were templated. During busy times of the year, lead times may be extended.
• During the template process, your contractor will go over what you need to do to prepare to have your countertops installed and what to expect during installation.
• After your new countertops are installed, your contractor will ask you to sign a document indicating that the countertops have been installed to your satisfaction.
