Exterior Coatings

COOLWALL® is a specially formulated coating that reflects the sun's heat. When applied to an exterior wall, it can lower the surface temperature by as much as 40°F. When tested by the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory, COOLWALL was found to reduce cooling costs by up to 21.9%* (percentage of savings based on a two-year DOE study that showed savings ranging from 4.1%-21.9%). COOLWALL has been found to reduce yearly energy costs by up to $328.

*Percentage of cooling costs and surface temperature reductions will vary based on color chosen, geographical location, climate condition and substrate chosen. In some climates there may be a heating penalty.

Replacement Windows

Inefficient windows can add 10%-25% to heating bills and as much as 75% to air conditioning bills. Replacing them with new, more energy-efficient windows can reduce your energy costs, improve your home's comfort and add curb appeal. ENERGY STAR® qualified windows can save you $20-$95 in energy expenses each year if you are replacing double-paned windows and $126-$465 each year when replacing single-paned windows.

Insulated Siding

ENERGY STAR® qualified insulated siding helps reduce the energy lost through a home's wood framing. This precision-cut, rigid-foam insulation will increase your home energy savings by up to 20%, or approximately $380 per year in energy expenses for a typical American family.
